产业新闻 | FDA批准礼来口服小分子GLP-1受体激动剂

礼来(Eli Lilly and Company)今日宣布,美国FDA已批准Foundayo(orforglipron)用于治疗肥胖或伴有与体重相关健康问题的超重成人患者。在配合低热量饮食和增加体力活动的情况下,Foundayo可帮助个体减轻过多体重并维持减重效果。值得一提的是,该疗法还入选了知名产业媒体猎药人(Drug Hunter)近期发布的2025年度十大明星分子榜单。Foundayo的获批主要基于ATTAIN临床试验项目的结果,研究显示,Foundayo可帮助患者减轻体重、维持减重效果,同时可降低多项心血管风险指标,包括腰围、非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯以及收缩压。在ATTAIN-1临床3期试验中,接受最高剂量Foundayo并持续治疗的受试者(非糖尿病患者)平均减重27.3磅(12.4%),而安慰剂组平均减重2.2磅(0.9%)。无论是否完成试验,接受Foundayo治疗的参与者平均减重25磅(11.1%),而安慰剂组为5.3磅(2.1%)。去年公布的ATTAIN-2临床3期试验结果显示,每日一次36 mg剂量的Foundayo(无进食及饮水限制)可使肥胖或超重并伴有2型糖尿病的成年患者平均体重降低约22.9磅(10.5%),而安慰剂组仅约5.1磅(2.2%)。在关键次要终点方面,Foundayo使患者的糖化血红蛋白(A1C)从基线8.1%平均降低1.3至1.8个百分点,且有75%的最高剂量组患者达到了A1C≤6.5%的水平。此外,Foundayo在非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、收缩压及甘油三酯等心血管风险指标上均显示出临床意义上的改善。在预设的探索性分析中,最高剂量组还使高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP,一种炎症标志物)水平降低了50.6%。Foundayo是一种每日一次的小分子口服GLP-1受体激动剂,可在一天中的任何时间服用,不受进食和饮水限制。Foundayo由中外制药株式会社(Chugai Pharmaceutical)发现,并于2018年授权给礼来。中外制药与礼来共同发表了该分子的临床前药理学数据。礼来正在开展Foundayo用于治疗2型糖尿病以及体重管理的3期临床试验。此外,Foundayo还被研究作为成人肥胖患者阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停、高血压、膝骨关节炎的潜在治疗方案。参考资料:[1] FDA approves Lilly's Foundayo™ (orforglipron), the only GLP-1 pill for weight loss that can be taken any time of day without food or water restrictions. 万紫千红才是春(艺文观察·戏剧振兴进行时) ——写在越剧诞生120年之际 崔 伟 《人民日报》(2026年04月02日 第 20 版) 2026年,越剧艺术迎来诞生120年。回顾以往,越剧的每一次重要前行,无不体现为越剧名家创作出具有鲜明时代风貌、充盈越剧独特气质的优秀剧目,助推了剧种的发展。如今,越剧面临新的起步,做好剧目创作这篇大文章,更加任重道远。 创造新的优质剧目,从来不是一句空洞口号。“新”,固然要与传统形成艺术面貌和时代风气的区别,但绝非简单的为新而新。“新”,是要与创作者的时代感受同频共振,与对生活的独特发现交融合体,特别是要与剧种艺术气质表达合二为一。从传统积淀基础上起步,新剧目创作才能最大程度发扬剧种的表现风格,发挥自身的审美价值,使表演艺术有用武之地,让观众因认同而欣赏。 “新”到实处 “创”得认同 前辈为越剧剧目创造付出巨大心血,积累了宝贵经验。早期,“梁祝”题材随“小歌班”从嵊州民间走来。由“女子越剧”《梁祝哀史》的悱恻到面貌一新的《梁山伯与祝英台》,剧种的乡土气和城市的时代感融合成饱具越剧气质的艺术基因,文化环境、时代气息的斗转星移炼成了剧种的风格。1942年,袁雪芬等提出并践行越剧改革,使剧目创演破除以往简陋的惯式,有了更加完善的编导加持。 新中国成立后,越剧的发展离不开经典性剧目的支撑。1958年,上海越剧院《红楼梦》问世,使越剧艺术上升到一个全新高度,标志越剧成为中国戏曲当之无愧的佼佼者。上世纪80年代,浙江小百花越剧团创演的《五女拜寿》,同样具有划时代意义,花团锦簇的演员和深刻生动的演绎,让越剧焕发亮丽夺目的光芒。 透过这些发展历史可以看到,剧目创新与剧种发展相互成就的规律:优秀剧目必须具有感人的艺术表达,鲜明的风格特色,令观众广泛喜爱,让演员展其所长,促进剧种的切实发展。 自觉树立并追求符合越剧审美气质的题材和风格,离不开剧作者对时代精神的体悟和充盈的艺术才华,更需要将剧种的艺术经验与观众的审美呼唤了然于胸。艺术表达有个性,但不可能脱离戏曲规律和剧种特点。创作者与表演者、文学与舞台、剧种与观众,在艺术创新发展中是共生关系。 近年,一些不太成功的剧目恰恰忽略了这一点。在越剧新剧目创作中,同样存在这样的问题。好的剧目创作,绝不是创作者的一厢情愿,而是大家的携手同行。只有这样,“新”才能新到实处,“创”才可获得认同,剧种和艺术的发展才能脚踏实地。 讲越剧审美擅长的古今故事 讲越剧审美擅长的古今故事,是120年来特别是1949年之后,越剧异军突起的宝贵经验。前辈剧作家徐进、顾锡东等,都是在遵循越剧艺术规律基础上进行文本出新、创新的。从题材看,《红楼梦》《五女拜寿》等有着文学、历史与人生的深刻认识价值,之所以因越剧而一鸣惊人,关键在开掘出题材蕴含的文学发现和人生表达,更重要的是充分彰显越剧擅长而独特的聚焦点、感染力,张扬越剧细腻委婉的讲述风格。 以属于剧种的引人动人抒写历史沧桑,讲述人情世故,弘扬真善美的价值观,因而成就了经典。这恰是中国戏曲题材表达的一个特有经验——故事和人物未必和剧种所在地重合,不同剧种总能自觉地站在各自文化和观众立场上,讲活属于本剧种的独特故事,催生戏曲题材的千姿百态,激活属于剧种的万紫千红。 注重越剧审美特色的抒写表达,并非狭隘的自缚,这在当下的题材选择中同样具有广阔的空间。越剧《钱塘里》选择发生在杭州的真人真事,注重从危机营造中表现外来打工者与杭州本地人之间,从心灵对抗到情感共融的戏剧故事。该剧发挥越剧细腻轻盈的讲述风格,着力聚焦城市,走入心灵,表现时代,观照命运,最终通过越剧的艺术力量,彰显时代精神和人与人之间关爱、相持、信任的大主题。它的成功让人反思当下戏曲创作问题之症结:艺术的深刻从不是冷冰冰的概念化,时代感的充盈理应拒绝不能打动人的说教,剧种的当代性不等同于对现实生活缺乏打动人心的简单搬移。 可见,不管是当代题材还是古代题材,越剧都具有巨大的创作空间。 “写自己想写,演自己擅演” 在上海、浙江等地,因为社会和文化环境差异,在剧种共性基础上有着沪、浙越剧审美风格与剧目特点的不同气质。上海越剧,更加具有城市感和现代感,有众多流派传承做支撑,基于都市审美的古典性与剧种成熟的唯美化尤其突出。浙江越剧,审美风格更具质朴感和温厚感,这和浙江城乡一体的广袤、湖海山川兼有不谋而合。浙江越剧的题材与气质多了些豪迈和力道,有比男欢女爱、悲欢离合更贴近普通百姓与当下生活的古今命题。 越剧的剧目创作不能忽略地域文化和社会经济发展氛围,应呈现不同地域的不同看点。在选材和风格上,强化主创所生活的土壤、所熟悉的人物、所感受的社会精神,展开属于自己的创作天地,做到《戏剧振兴三年行动计划(2026—2028年)》所提倡的,“写自己想写,演自己擅演”。如此,创作才能避免同质、空泛、概念化。 赢得观众与市场,是当下戏曲创作的短板。而回顾越剧的发展,没有一部具有重要时代影响和艺术意义的作品门庭冷落。《红楼梦》成为中国戏曲电影最具票房的翘楚,《梁山伯与祝英台》被不同流派相互组合盛演至今,《五女拜寿》被全国几乎所有剧种广泛移植……这一切证明了优秀剧目的社会影响力与市场竞争力,始终是越剧发展要具备的。当下,浙江越剧人通过创新剧目和演出方式,实现了令人赞叹的走市场与赢得青年观众的奇迹性突围。这不仅源于浙江越剧人的勇毅突破,也依靠对越剧优秀传统的传承发展,其经验值得学习。 恰逢时代和文化发展的巨大机遇,越剧理应发挥剧目创作的宝贵经验,作出时代精神、艺术质量、剧种风格、市场认同四位一体的新贡献。 (作者为中国戏剧家协会理论评论专委会主任)

退役后,他们依然在驻守(创作谈) ——《本色华年》的循光之旅 周 炜 《人民日报》(2026年04月02日 第 20 版) “听口令,向田班长敬礼!”我站在塔克拉玛干沙漠的且末老兵治沙林前,对着万余亩的防沙带下达口令。一株株梭梭树挺拔骄傲地站着,像一列列接受检阅的士兵。 “向周班长致敬!”治沙队队长老兵田野大声回应着,眼中泪光闪烁。他们在这里坚守了8年。沙漠一寸寸退却,绿洲一寸寸延伸,他们第一次听到专为他们而作的歌曲《塔漠的你》。 “我听见了,听见了,有爱的地方就是家!”90后北礵岛民宿主孙斌抱着我泣不成声,一首量身打造的原创歌曲《爱会和海风一起抵达》,让这位昔日的海防连指导员再次“破防”。退役的他在曾经驻守的小岛上创业,守护战友们的第二故乡。 退役后,我专注为老战友创作。几年来,“走四方,遇本色”的旅程让我与几十位老战友从相识、相知到相拥,从一个个闪光的身影中汲取到无穷力量。无论纪实节目《本色》,还是春节特别节目《本色华年》(见图),老兵题材的稀缺性、志愿服务的公益性、网台联动的多元性、扎根生活的创造性,让我与“本色文化”同生共长。 这是一场循光之旅。“探访绿色背影,致敬本色人生”的节目主旨已成为我的精神寄托,仿佛只有与那些老战友在一起才会心静如水、能量满满。 今年《本色华年》“纪实+致敬”的双线模式再次升级。我们为每位主人公原创了一首歌,向他们的本色精神致敬。每一句歌词、每一段旋律,都是从老兵故事的血肉中生长出来的。我们为中轴线上的平凡守护者歌唱《循着光》,为新疆老兵追梦人高唱《龙马》,为曲艺老兵致敬《一笑情长》……歌声在沙漠边缘响起,如海风般拂过北礵岛的礁石,像星光点亮老区的夜空,伴随新疆骏马奔腾和民族热舞,成为跨越时空的桥梁,让那些不善表达的老兵在旋律中看到自己的青春与坚持,看到尊重与敬意。 褪去穿着军装时的集体荣光,很多退役军人变成“绿色背影”。他们的情感需要慰藉,他们的生活需要被关注,他们本色不改的精神需要大力宣扬,他们更需要有与其历史地位、精神高度匹配的高品质文化产品。创作者唯有走近他们、深度体验,以他们的视角感悟生活,才会发现他们的精彩。 《本色华年》不仅要讲好老兵故事,更要通过老兵来映照时代的精神风貌。且末治沙队呼应生态文明建设的绿色征程;海岛民宿主的创业折射“幸福是奋斗出来的”;中轴线上恪尽职守的老兵,是历史与现代文明的温情注脚;小剧场里老兵的坚守,是新大众文艺的自信与担当;新疆牧马人老兵与维吾尔族舞蹈家的平行叙事,奏响民族团结的和谐乐章。 用文化的力量让年轻人积极来当兵,让现役军人安心当好兵,让退役军人不后悔当过兵,这就是我们努力延续的“本色文化”。 (作者为电视节目《本色华年》总制片人、总导演)

座中常有剧中人 王 瑨 《人民日报》(2026年04月02日 第 20 版) 大幕拉开,熟悉的五哥五嫂回来了—— 话剧《银锭桥》里,于家二荤铺没菜单,厨子做什么,熟客便吃什么。于五(倪大红饰)想守住“祖上留下来的东西”,五嫂(史可饰)会把看不惯的客人“用簸箕撮出去”。 “这戏10年了,人物是越来越扎实。”倪大红口中的“扎实”,有岁月的沉淀,也源于真实的魅力。 生活中的五哥五嫂,就住在北京银锭桥边,在自己家里开个小饭馆。编剧崔释匀最迷茫时,五嫂塞给她一条新围裙,让她跟着学做饭。五哥对她说:“人这辈子没有过不去的坎儿。你五嫂刚买的鲜藕,我给你醋熘一盘儿去!”剧本由此萌芽。 过去只要在北京演《银锭桥》,五哥五嫂准来瞧戏。“来我这儿,我给你做好吃的!”五嫂不善言辞,只会这样表达对史可的赞赏。“我问他,‘您觉着我演的哪一点还不如您?’五哥说,‘全超过我啊,比我好!’”倪大红至今还记得2015年话剧首演时他和五哥的对话。演完了,剧组就直奔小饭馆。“焦熘丸子、干烧肚块、红焖牛肉、醋熘西葫芦,还有那炸酱面……”对五哥的拿手菜,史可倒背如流。 生活与艺术交织在一起,戏里的五哥比生活中的五哥还多了份执着。话剧里,为了保住于家二荤铺,五哥卷入一场荒诞的“骗局”。一个从未在台上出现的“假古董”,一出没有任何“受害者”的“连环套”,催生了一场悲喜剧。结尾,每个人都得到自己想要的东西,只有五哥觉得不对。不懂他的人,觉得他又傻又轴;懂得他的人,心中五味杂陈。 就像戏里的一句独白“味儿是自己品出来的”,倪大红和史可也用10年咂摸出角色不同的味儿。史可把五嫂塑造得越来越“稳”,“之前设计剧中的五嫂有几次跳脚,一急就蹦起来了,现在我希望向内走”。倪大红则完全相反,“五哥说话声音很大,我特意模仿他的节奏,拉高自己的声线,还会根据人物关系,放大自己表演的感受。”一收一放之间,藏着老搭档的默契。 史可常感叹“大红老师的舞台感觉太好了”。她忆起一件小事:由于排练更换剧场,演员需要重新设计自己的舞台定点和走位。倪大红一开始并没上台,而是坐在台下琢磨。转天,他弄了个笸箩,里面搁着大蒜,弄一个小马扎,往上场口那么一坐,人物就“对”了!大蒜是真的,剥大蒜也是有节奏的,捡两个、停一会、说台词,生气时,手头儿便加紧着快捡。史可笑称,“全是带着戏的!” 确实,整部剧充满这样生活化、散文式的呈现,有一些戏剧性连接,但也是淡淡的。初创时,导演林兆华亲自改写过一版“当代和近代穿越”的剧本,让现代故事与发生在这个小饭馆所在地的历史故事结合。修改后,主题更恢弘,戏剧冲突更强,大家拍手叫好。两个月后,林兆华又拿出了编剧最初的本子——他不想排“太像戏的戏”,他想排的戏是从生活中流淌出来的。 座中常有剧中人。观众在戏中看到的,不是这些角色如何“解决”问题,而是他们如何“呈现”自己:原来我们是这样的人,原来人和人之间这样相处,原来生活就是这样过着……不如意中也有人情温暖,也能生出幽默乐天。 “话剧《茶馆》讲旧时代的北平,《银锭桥》表现的是改革开放以来的北京,扎扎实实呈现这个阶段人们的思考。”史可说,2015年排练时,饭馆结账的段落还没有微信扫码,情节总是随生活的变化而不断更新。2023年,原创音乐人郝云与乐队加入,以歌曲作串联,连接故事与情感,前后两层舞台空间成为戏里时空的一部分,俨然“银锭桥双重奏”。 10年,倪大红和史可成就了角色,也“成全”着自己,在他们看来,“舞台表演是一种激励、一种激发,观众和现场的反馈是鲜活的,演员可以从每个字里找出新的戏,从每一句台词里找到新的感觉。” “国风国韵飘香江”文化演出季邀请话剧《银锭桥》在香港演出,面对即将与话剧《银锭桥》见面的香港观众,倪大红很有信心:“这部剧有底蕴,有幽默,有角色变化的走向,它的内核吸引人。”史可想的是“把京味儿生活带到观众面前”。 全剧结尾,五哥站起来,背着身儿,走向舞台深处,随后,郝云唱起《回到那一天》。“我想回到那一天/那时的天是那么蓝/我的笑容那么灿烂/送别的歌声还在耳边……”“舞台上这段也就10多米,我感觉是用了10年一步步走进这个人物的心……”说到这儿,倪大红哽咽了。我想,他多半是想起了生活中的五哥。2024年春节,五哥告别了这个世界,而五哥的故事依然被人们讲述着。 “下一个10年,《银锭桥》会是什么样?”我问。 “小五就成长起来了!”他们笑道。 生活向前,银锭桥上,我们总能相见。
