On February 24, 2026, Prof. B. S. Murty, Director of the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad), paid a courtesy visit to President Makoto Gonokami at the RIKEN Tokyo Office (Nihonbashi).
The meeting was also attended by Center Director Masashi Sugiyama of the RIKEN Center for Advanced Intelligence Project (AIP). Following an overview of the AIP Center’s research activities presented by Center Director Sugiyama, the participants engaged in a constructive exchange of views on prospective research collaboration between the two institutions.
