培训过程中，参训人员锤炼精进了多项核心专业能力：复杂动态作业环境下的全局态势感知素养；精准预判安全隐患、提前识别潜在航行风险的专业研判思维；熟练规范运用助航设备，筑牢航行安全底线、支撑驾驶台高效协同决策；掌握标准化强势质询应答机制，实现高效精准船舶通信联动；遇突发险情可快速决断、果断干预，必要时依规行使船舶最高指挥权限，全方位规避海上事故发生；同时精通与引航员的标准化协同管控，保障航行作业全程安全可控、衔接高效、沟通无阻。
本次课程收获参训航运企业代表与船员的高度认可。参训学员纷纷表示，中心授课讲师思路清晰、架构清晰、教学重点突出。通过多场景模拟实操演练，高级船员精准明晰自身业务优势与能力短板，明确针对性提升路径，有效精进高压作业场景下的驾驶台团队协作水平与应急综合决策能力。

Shenzhen International Maritime Training Centre (SIMTC) Marks a Milestone: First Simulator Course Successfully Completed
Shenzhen International Maritime Training Centre (SIMTC) successfully hosted its inaugural simulator training course, an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to strengthening maritime competence through practical, experience-based learning. Developed in line with the IMO model courses and real-world decision-making, the course brought together experienced professionals and motivated senior officers to train in a realistic environment focused on enhancing critical operational skills.
Throughout the programme, participants practiced and refined competencies in areas including sound situational awareness in dynamic operational conditions, professional judgment for identifying unsafe conditions and potential risks early, proper use of navigational aids to support safe navigation and effective bridge decisions, clear and effective communication, including structured and assertive challenge-and-response techniques, decisive intervention when necessary, including timely decision-making and, where appropriate exercising overriding authority to prevent an incident or accident, and effective management of pilot interactions, ensuring safe, coordinated, and well-communicated operations.
SIMTC received excellent feedback from representatives of participating shipping companies and the senior officers attending the course. Many participants highlighted the clear, structured, and focused guidance provided by SIMTC trainers. Through a series of simulation exercises, the senior officers gained valuable insight into their current strengths, areas for improvement, and practical next steps to further refine their bridge team performance and decision-making under pressure.
Looking ahead, SIMTC is eager to host additional simulator courses and welcome more participants. By continually investing in high-quality training and realistic simulation-based learning, we remain committed to building strong, professional maritime capability for the industry.
