The Ministry of Health recommends: for routine inquiries and non-emergency cases, contact the urgent care centers of the health maintenance organizations (HMOs). In complex or life-threatening medical cases, go to hospital emergency departments.

The Ministry of Health is operating during the war to maintain continuity of medical care through daily situation assessments and coordination with the Home Front Command, in order to provide care to the public while ensuring the safety of patients and staff. Hospitals are providing urgent care and maintaining readiness for mass casualty incidents, while continuing routine services as much as possible. To reduce the burden on emergency rooms and keep them available for complex cases, the Ministry recommends using HMO urgent care centers for non-emergency cases, which allow faster and more accessible care, and is promoting a campaign to increase public awareness of these services.

The Ministry of Health reminds anyone who needs it that they can contact resilience centers and the emergency and HMO emotional support hotlines to receive mental health support.
